Burning Man Travel Vlog

Let's go to Burning Man together. So I'll be flying into Black Rock City, which is their own airport. It's an hour flight from Reno on a small plane. Most people drive in, they are in RVs sitting outside online for what could be like six to 12 hours. That is my idea of hell. So this is my version of wrapping myself in bubble wrap for Burning Man. Flight 1. Landing in Reno. I've never wanted to stay on a plane so badly. Never brushed to the door. Supermodel Subway Stop. Let's get Subway first. Yes, thank you. Just changing the car. Just went to grab my Subway. I'm in the parking lot on the pavement. Moments before... I had to get stuff out and take off my heavy clothes. Now to get myself on a small flight on Burner Express. Now having my Subway sandwich. En Route to Burner Express. In bubble wrap, bougie fashion. Do you take a small shared private plane called Burner Express. It's the only small plane airline that you can fly and it's owned by them. I made a friend. Say hello to John. Hi, I'm John and I'm so excited to welcome Bethany to her first Burning Man. How many have you been to? I've been to 13. Alright John. I'm excited. Zero point zero judgment. And everyone is so nice and open. They just had a conversation about drinking and how people get dehydrated and that they prefer LST to alcohol. And that they were to rave last night. Same girl saying. So I didn't. I did bring gifts. I did bring caviar. I believe I have everything I need. My hair happens to be hairy. But more soon. Flight 2. Let's go! Get it, get it, get it! Wheels up! Debrief for the people. Moving right along. I will not be leaving any particles on the plane, no sequins or anything like that. I respect the process. And I believe and hope my RV will be nice. It's an experience and an adventure and also I do want to share it with you because I haven't really heard anyone articulate exactly what it is. And there's a part of it that I don't understand.
