Better Butter Putty

Incredibly soft and delightfully smooth putty.

2 videos2 creators

Why it worked

The video likely performed well due to the satisfying ASMR-like sensory experience of playing with the putty and sand, combined with the creator's relatable childhood anecdote and the visually appealing, food-like comparisons.

Summary

The creator mixes yellow "Better Butter Putty" with red "Kinetic Sand" to see how they react. The resulting texture is described as a "mustard ketchup moment" and compared to nacho cheese with hot Cheetos, with the creator noting it changed the texture and made it less poppy but not gritty.

Structure

1Introduce kinetic sand and better butter putty
2Mix the two materials
3Observe the texture and appearance
4Compare the mixture to food items
