Oh my god. Oh my god. It is officially a new week, which means that it is time to try a new local family-owned Denver spot. So today I headed to San Julian, which is an authentic Mexican restaurant located in Commerce City. And it did not disappoint. This looks insanely good. Of squeeze a little bit of lime on top. The team actually let me back in the kitchen to see how they turn out thousands of al pastor tacos every single day. And let me just tell you, it is a well-oiled machine. I wish that you could smell this meat through the video because my mouth was watering the entire time. You think that with the quantity that they were producing, that they would maybe skimp on some ingredients, but every taco is packed full. After seeing them make the al pastor tacos in the kitchen, I've been counting down the minutes until I could finally try them. There's so much meat, I don't even know how to pick them up.
