It seems odd to be telling the internet how often I exfoliate, but here we are. If you're new here, I'm Cece. Once a week, I answer questions that come up most often. So let's talk about exfoliation. So first of all, I do three times a week on my face. I use a very gentle exfoliator. You can check out my skincare series. Clinique Moisture Surge Exfoliator. Some of these product names are hard to tell. Let me just tell you, I exfoliate my body about once a week. I just use a normal sugar scrub that you would find at like Target or Walmart. But day to day, I use the Dove white bar. If you know, you know, it's the best for sensitive skin. I hope this helps.
