this McCormick beef stew seasoning mix is about to become a one pan lasagna. stay with me cause she's good. I prep all of my veggies, brown the beef. then saute my leeks, carrots and garlic once they soften. I go in with the McCormick beef stew seasoning mix followed by my tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and beef stock. let that simmer then the beef goes back in with broken lasagna noodles and cover with a lid once the pasta is tender. we're adding freshly grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, covering her up and letting everything get nice and melty. I finish with dollops of Greek yogurt and fresh basil. getting back into routine does not mean dinner has to be boring.
