Three of my favorite things in this world are nachos, chili, and football. These chili sheet pan nachos are the perfect easy dish to bring to a tailgate or a watch party. I love chili because it involves only 15 minutes of prep time. Just throw a few staple ingredients into a pot with some ground beef and it's delicious. But my secret to keeping it easy is the McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix. You literally just need the one packet. You don't need to mess with any other seasonings. It's so simple yet so tasty. Let your chili simmer and once you feel like the chili has had enough time in the pot, start layering your nachos on a sheet pan. Each layer needs chips, cheese, and the chili. I did two layers for this one. Pop it in the oven for like three, maybe five minutes, just until the cheese melts, and you're ready to freaking go. Finish it off with any of your favorite nacho or chili toppings and it's delicious of course, what else would you expect? And the best thing about this meal is that you can save the leftover chili for meals for the rest of the week. So with just 15 minutes of prep time, you've made yourself a solid week of meals. Easy peasy. I think for my next meal I'll use the Korean barbecue seasoning to do hibachi at home. See you guys later.
