On-screen text

Hey, I'm Leah Marie, and I have to make an important statement for my safety. I was advised by my legal team to make a video like this. So this is all approved. Um. I am not suicidal. If anything were to happen to me, if I magically disappeared, do not stop looking for me. I would not intentionally disappear and leave everything and everyone behind without telling the people that love me and that I love. So if anything were to happen in the future, do not stop looking for me. So if I unexpectedly disappear, I want that situation to be taken seriously and being investigated, rather than automatically assume that it was self inflicted. I don't want to speculate about anything beyond that. We just want my position to be and document it.

This account is meant to be a place of empowerment, education, awareness, healing, and hope. 🤍 I want to use my voice to educate others, help people recognize things they may be experiencing, and remind survivors that they are not alone. I do, however, need to make the statement in this video for my own safety and to make my wishes clear. It is being made at the advice and with the approval of my legal team. This is not the direction I want this account to take. I want this page to remain a safe, empowering, and educational space — and that is exactly what I intend for it to be. 🤍 If you’re healing too: keep going. Your story is not over. #HumanTrafficking #BelieveSurvivors #ProtectOurChildren
