CRISPY RICE SALAD 🥑🍚 High protein, ready in 20 minutes and packed with SO much texture and flavour!!! I’ve been focusing on my protein intake lately (as we all tend to do), and one thing I’ve been loving is the new @SunRice Protein Jasmine Rice. With 10g of protein per serve and three varieties to choose from, it’s such a convenient and easy way to add a little extra protein to your meals. For this one, I simply mixed my SunRice Protein Jasmine Rice with tamari, sesame oil & crunchy chilli oil before baking at 200°C until golden and crispy. Then I combined it with lettuce, edamame, spring onion, avo, cucumber & tuna, before topping it all with a homemade yoghurt, mayo, lime & sriracha dressing. SO GOOD!!!
