This is what happens if Japanese history was a nightmare game. Onimusha: Way of the Sword is finally releasing on Xbox, PS5, and PC, September 4th. But I partnered with Capcom because this isn't your typical RPG. You play as an inspiration of one of the most legendary swordsmen in Japanese history. Fighting through a completely twisted version of Kyoto, filled with demons and monsters. The combat is built around actually mastering the sword. Parries, counters, perfectly timed attacks and brutal finishers. What makes it even cooler is Capcom pulled inspiration from real Japanese legends to build this version of Kyoto. Basically, you're playing through Japanese history if history was a nightmare. If you get the game before September 4th, you actually get additional rewards. So be sure to get it before then.
