Puffy eyes? Don’t work only under the eyes. 👀 The tissues around your eyes are connected with the forehead, temples, scalp, and neck, which is why I always want you to think beyond the exact area where you see the puffiness. This technique works through the temporal and frontal areas, helping relax tension around the forehead and temples while supporting gentle fluid movement away from the eye area. And please don’t forget your scalp. The forehead continues into the scalp through the connective tissues of the galea aponeurotica. When the scalp feels tight and has poor mobility, working only around the eyes can feel incomplete. So instead of aggressively pushing on your under-eyes: ✨ Work through the forehead ✨ Release the temporal area ✨ Mobilize the scalp ✨ Keep the pressure gentle around the eyes This is one of my favorite combinations when the eyes look puffy, heavy, or tired, especially in the morning. Save this technique and compare your eyes before and after. 🩷
