Good mornings are officially chaotic again, so I'm all about finding healthy habits that are actually easy to stick with. I've been adding TruHeight Kids gummies into my daughter's morning routine, just two strawberry flavored gummies a day. They have calcium and vitamin D to support healthy bones and development, and she actually likes taking them, which makes life so much easier. They're pediatrician recommended and made in the USA. Definitely an easy one to add to your back-to-school routine.
