Every time I've used my pumpkin scraper tool, someone has told me I should use the opposite end and actually make a full pumpkin. So basically, pour a layer, scrape the bottom part of the pumpkin, pour the pumpkin layer, scrape the top, and then add another color over it. I've always said this would be too hard, but today I wanted to make my life difficult and I wanted to try to make it come to life. I know this isn't going to be perfect and there will probably be room for improvement, but today I tried and we'll see how it turns out. I started with a layer of black on the bottom because I had these adorable black and white pumpkin and embeds for the top, so I kind of wanted to tie them together. Instead of making just a solid orange pumpkin like I have every other time this year, I swirled in orange and white together for that pumpkin center layer. I covered it with black and also added pencil lines below and on top of the pumpkin to make it pop. I sented with blood orange, crisp apple, warm amber, clove bud, and smoked cedarwood.
