Starting Monday doesn’t need to mean completely changing your life overnight. Sometimes you just need a simple plan you can actually follow. 🤍 This is a beginner-friendly 4-day home workout split for anyone who wants to get stronger, move more and build consistency without needing a gym or complicated equipment. The weekly split: MONDAY — Lower Body 🍑 Bodyweight squats, reverse lunges, glute bridges, good mornings + calf raises. A simple lower-body session focused on learning the movements, controlling each rep and building a foundation. TUESDAY — Upper Body + Core 💪 Incline push-ups, knee push-ups, pike push-ups, superman pulldowns, shoulder taps + dead bugs. Start with the easiest variation you can perform with good form. Progress comes from gradually making the movements more challenging—not rushing into advanced exercises. THURSDAY — Glutes + Legs ✨ Sumo squats, static split squats, single-leg glute bridges, frog pumps, side-lying leg raises + wall sits. This gives the lower body a second training day while putting a little more attention on the glutes. SATURDAY — Full Body 🤍 Squats, lunges, incline push-ups, superman pulldowns, glute bridges, mountain climbers + plank. Finish with an easy 10–15 minute walk if you feel good. And your rest days matter too. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday give your body time to recover before the next session. A few things I’d focus on if you’re just starting: • Don’t chase soreness—chase consistency. • Rest around 60–90 seconds between sets when needed. • Move slowly enough that you actually control the exercise. • If 3 sets feels like too much at first, start with 2. • When the reps become easy, progress by adding reps, slowing the lowering portion, improving range of motion or moving to a harder variation. • Daily walking, enough protein, sleep and recovery will make a big difference alongside the workouts. 📲 Workit App — build personalized workouts, track your activity and nutrition, follow your progress and stay consistent with your goals in one place. #HomeWorkout #BeginnerWorkout #BodyweightWorkout #WorkoutPlan #FitnessForBeginners
