These low calorie and high protein foods you need to get at Aldi in September of 2026. Let's get it. And there's no way this is real for $3.99 for an 8-pack of their new high protein burger buns. 220 calories for 10 grams of protein. Honestly, the macros are pretty bad, but they're super duper heavy and you know, I got to try them. So make sure you're following for the review. Then for $6.99 for seven servings, they have the Premier Protein Cereal, both the mixed berry flavor, as well as the chocolate. 20 grams of protein for only 180 calories. Not as high quality protein as like Magic Spoon, but hey, this is something. Next, not new, but for $2.99, you have to try their protein bagels if you haven't already. 22 grams of protein for 260 calories. And for $5.79, they have a six-pack of the Oh Snap! Snack Packs, sweet and spicy pickle chips. Yeah, is it kind of like a little bit too much to pay for pickles? Yes. But do they hit the spot and are they super tasty? Yes. And for $4.99 for a five-pack, I swear to come out with new flavors of their chicken sausages every single month. The BBQ one has 90 calories and 13 grams of protein. The green chili one, same amount of calories and 90 grams of protein, but for one more gram of protein. Also, in case you missed it, Aldi dropped a clear whey protein. This one tastes great, 15 servings are 24.99. And $8.99 for 60 servings of very creatine. And $12.99 for 14 servings of their collagen peptides for hair, skin, and nails. For $2.59 for a six-pack of basically a Joseph Lavash low-calorie pita bread. 70 calories per pita. So far, it looks like they haven't added a lot of low calorie and high protein foods just yet and instead focus on a lot of fall items. But I will be checking in the next couple weeks to see if they've added any new low calorie and high protein items. So make sure to stay tuned for that. And if you want to know what low calorie and high protein foods to buy, make sure to follow. Alright, peace out.
