These are the low cal and high protein foods you should be getting from Aldi every single month. And usually one of my all-time favorites, their protein sodas. You won't find a better tasting protein soda for the price. 15 grams of protein, 70 calories. They do use a high quality whey protein. While other protein soda companies spike the protein amount by adding collagen peptides, great for hair, skin, and nails, but not great for building muscle. For your gut health, or one 99, you'd be a fool to get kombucha anywhere else. They have this really good zero sugar, pineapple pink guava flavor for only 15 calories for the entire bottle, as well as the cherry lime flavor. Remember guys, for actual gut health, you need to be consuming fruits and vegetables, at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. And Aldi for two 89 has the cheapest Gala apples. Day keeps the doctor away and also the stomach. And for two 59, we will get these low calorie breads. Only 70 calories and 6 grams of protein per pita. You will not find a better deal than the protein bagels from Aldi. The plain bagels have 260 calories and 22 grams of protein per serving. Yes, I know not high quality protein, but more bagels. And for four 79, Aldi consistently has the cheapest liquid egg whites. I do not get my liquid egg whites from anywhere else but from Aldi. And for your pre-workout snack for three 15, this is where I get my rice cakes. You get 14 of these for 40 calories each. I know the quicker ones are 35 calories each, but these are 315 and a much better price. Or an alternative for the same price, you can get their cheddar cheese rice snacks. These taste almost exactly like Cheetos, but they're even more flavorful than the Quaker brand. And for two 99, basically the price of those small quest chip bags, you get a huge bag of their popped protein chips. Nacho flavor, 9 grams of protein per serving, 120 calories. Yes, not as good macros, but the price is so much better. Well, it is well worth it. And for three 99, their protein tortilla-style chips. The ranch tastes like Doritos, cool ranch. And the Southwest cheese tastes like the nacho cheese. 10 grams of protein, 130 calories. And for your cooking spray for four 49, Aldi's olive oil cooking spray is not only cheaper than the Walmart great value brand, it performs much better than the non-stick on the great value brand. And for two 85, which is two cents cheaper than Walmart, you will not find a better value than their low fat cottage cheese. The flavor for the price, the texture for the price is unmatched. 90 calories and 12 grams of protein per serving. And for those of you who don't have a Sam's Club membership for two 79, you will not find a better freaking deal than non-fat Greek yogurt. The Super Zero from Aldi is great, although it's not going to be as flavorful as the Oikos. And at 235 for a six-pack, not only are they cheaper than the Fiber One brand, they taste much, much better. These are so fudgy. They're my favorite and the cinnamon, lemon cake, and cinnamon coffee cake are so good as well. But these are where it's at. And for your high protein pasta recipes for two 19, you will not find a better tomato and basil pasta sauce for the price. This one from Aldi only has 45 calories per half cup. And when you're too lazy to meal prep, use your 5.99 for 7.29. Lightly seasoned pulled chicken. 110 calories and 18 grams of protein. It's an absolute steal. And for four 95, a five pack, the spinach and garlic and Italian go on a keto bun. 80 calories and 13 grams of protein for the Italian sausage. And for 1.49, these Brussels sprouts are super filling. Toss them in the microwave, add some lemon pepper seasoning. You're welcome. Like this video, calorie to high protein Aldi essentials to buy. Make sure that follow. Alright, peace out.
