Austin’s newest hotel just gave us another reason to head downtown. ✨ @1 Hotels We got to check out WATR, the new rooftop restaurant at 1 Hotel Austin, located inside the city’s tallest building. The space is gorgeous, with floor-to-ceiling views of Austin and a menu that makes this more than just a drinks-with-a-view kind of spot. Everything we tried was so good, but I’d absolutely go back for the chicken karaage, crispy Brussels sprouts, wagyu beef steak, and any of their nigiri. It wasn’t pictured, but trust me on that one. Such a fun new option for date night, celebrations, or a dinner that feels a little elevated without leaving Austin. 🍸 can't wait for girls night here!!
