Austin’s new farm-to-table gem in Oak Hill 🌱🌸🍹🥬🍅✨ Escuela is a 5.5-acre farm + dining destination that honestly feels like you’re stepping into a Spanish farmhouse tucked away in Austin. The property is SO beautiful, and I love how much thought went into connecting the food back to the land. They grow seasonal produce right on the property and have two dining experiences: Fino, their refined Tex-Mex concept inside the restored schoolhouse, and Campo, their Tex-Mex BBQ concept with a pitmaster-driven program that's coming soon!! 🌱🔥 We checked out Fino and started with the salsa sampler 🌶️ then got the brisket fajitas + green enchiladas. The brisket was SO tender and flavorful, and everything we tried was delicious! Beyond the food, the entire property is such a vibe.
