A new Italian-American spot just opened in Hyde Park, and it is such a vibe. 🍝 📺🍷 panciuto comes from the owner of jewboyburgers , which is already one of my favorite burger spots in Austin, so I knew I had to check it out. The menu is full of options, from pastas and parm sandwiches to hoagies, salads, starters, and desserts. We tried the chicken parm alla vodka, zucchini fries, Marry Me Chicken, beef hoagie, and a salad, and I loved that there was truly something for every kind of craving at the table. It has that casual neighborhood-restaurant feel, but still makes for a really fun date night or dinner with friends.
