If you want to travel but only have one week, here are three trips that I would recommend, actually, from someone who's actually done them. And the third one is probably one that you probably won't expect. Is First trip is a classic one you probably already have on your bucket list. We're gonna be heading to Peru so that we can see Machu Picchu. First off, we're gonna fly into Lima, spend two nights here exploring the city, see lots to do. Then we're gonna catch another flight to Cusco. In Cusco, we're gonna get ourselves acclimated with the altitude by doing a day hike up to their own little Christ the Redeemer. Explore the town, it's beautiful, lots to do as well. Then we're gonna book the Inca Trail trek. This is the three-day trek, since we're on a time crunch, only a one-day trip. This is a beautiful hike, three days in hiking ends in Machu Picchu, which is absolutely amazing. You gotta do it. After that, we're gonna fly back to Lima, spend another night here just to get yourself the ability to decompress. Then you're gonna fly home. That's the first trip. Second trip is another close one if you live in the US. This is gonna be to Mexico to get some beach time. We're gonna be flying into Puerto Vallarta, we're gonna be spending two nights here. Explore the city a little bit, but really you want to take a bus down south to the little hidden beaches that they have to get away from the crowds. They're absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend them. After two nights, take an Uber or bus over to Sayulita. Stay here for three nights. It's a little surf town, stay in a hostel called La Ropa or La Ropa or there's lots of other ones available as well. That's just what I really enjoyed and I really enjoyed it. Get your partying out here, do some surfing, sit by the beach. It's a very nice little town. After that, stay in San Pancho for two nights to get away from the crowds a little bit more. A little sleepier, not as much to do, but just a nice place to relax. That's seven nights, that's a week. Then you're gonna fly home. The third trip, the one you probably did not expect, is we're gonna be heading over to Romania. I absolutely loved this country. So I'm flying from the US, so I lost a day of travel that into a week long trip. But flying into Bucharest, one stopover. Then rent a car. I'm not gonna drive a bus. Drive up to Brasov, explore the old town. There's lots of little day hikes around here as well. There's one called Tampa, which leads directly from the old town. You can just walk to this little hill. Then the Transfagarasan Highway. This is why we rented the car. Drive on the north side of the Carpathian Mountains. Stop at Castle Bran on the way if you want to see the castle. Drive up from the north side of the Transfagarasan Highway. Absolutely beautiful highway, scenic roads and mountains all around you. It's unreal. Stay somewhere along the road, just a little motel, hotel, whatever it is. Stay here for two nights. Do a little day hike here. I hiked up to one of the peaks. And the next day, drive down the south side of the Transfagarasan Highway. Also beautiful places. Stop at places along the way just to get the most out of it. Then go back to Bucharest. Stay here for one night, just to explore the city a little bit. And then you're gonna fly the next day back to the US, or wherever you're flying from there.
