Okay guys, I just got ready for bed, but I want to put you onto the best thing ever and the thing that I'm literally obsessed with right now, and it's this ring. I've had people on campus genuinely asking me about this ring and ask me if it's an Oura ring. One, no it's not, because I'm a broke college student, so I don't have $600 laying around. Only $44. And a lot of people have asked me like, is it worth the hype? Yes, I 1000% think it is worth the hype. Just so you know that I'm a credible source, I have tried another ring as well, and I didn't tell you guys about this one because I wasn't a huge fan. I don't think it tracked my steps very accurately, as well as it didn't track my menstruation, and I know the other rings did, so I was kind of sad that it didn't do that. There is so many things that this ring does, half of them I don't even know what they mean, but it tracks your menstruation if you do care about that as a female. It tracks your steps, your exercise, your sleep. It tracks your blood pressure, your blood oxygen. I don't even know what half of those things are, but I love everything that it does. The things that I look at most are the steps, the exercise, and the sleep. Every single morning I wake up, I look at my sleep score, my REM, my deep sleep, all of the things that it breaks down because I think it's very interesting, as well as the steps. My Apple Watch, I have always felt like doesn't track my runs, my walks, all of that very accurately, where I feel like this truly, truly, truly does. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still going to wear this Apple Watch every single day because I love closing my bands, it's just like hyperfixation. But I also feel like this dies on me so, so quickly. It can hardly make it a full day without dying, where this I only have to charge every three to four days and put it on the charger for maybe an hour and it's at 100%. Another key difference between these two rings is that this one is a lot thicker and bulkier, where this one is kind of like the newer version of the Oura ring, so it's thinner and not such a thick cut band, which I really do prefer. There's probably so many other things that I'm forgetting about this ring, but needless to say, I think it's worth the hype. It's literally only $44, so it's not even that expensive. I love it, I use it every single day, I'm obsessed with it, and I've had so many people ask.
