I'm sorry it's taken me so long. I know you guys want an update on my Oura ring. So, my lovely Oura ring here. And I had to wait a little bit of time, you guys, because I think it takes a week and some change for it to fully calibrate and all of what it does get initialized and things like that. So I didn't want to come on here and give you guys an update that I have asked review. But it's been I guess maybe a little over a week, almost maybe two weeks. And I can tell you guys some things. So as far as the sizing goes, originally I said I was in between a seven and an eight. And I was kind of worried that when I slept, my fingers might swell, but they haven't and this actually fits perfectly. It's not tight or snug when I workout or when I do anything. It's not causing me any discomfort. So while I feel like the ring kit works, the ring kit does feel a little bit tighter than the actual Oura ring. Also, it's very light. I don't know in comparison to the Oura ring for, but it is very light. I do wash my hands with it on. If I'm out, I do wash my hands with it on. I don't shower or clean any dishes or anything with it on because I don't want to risk losing it. It is very light y'all, like it you can definitely lose it for sure. So that's the only time and usually during that time I might charge it. I haven't had to charge it. It's a conscious thing I do like if I get in the shower, I'm just going to put it on the charger. But it's not something that's needed. It definitely keeps the charge. I love that it tracks my sleep. I will say that it does a really good job of that. The timing is a little wonky. I don't know if it's going to acclimate to what time I normally go to bed. I need to be going to bed earlier. I just haven't been. So the timing always looks like in the red area, but it definitely catches deep sleep, your oxygen levels when you're sleeping, how long you're sleeping, of course. A lot of people did ask me about the cycle tracking. I haven't had a cycle since I have the ring. So I can't give you guys too much with that. I just tracked it since the last time. So I'll maybe keep you guys posted with that. But it does track your body temperature. I didn't sign up for the cycle tracking app that they recommend. I think they give it to you free for a month and then it's 150 annually. I don't really need that, but we'll see. That one is a little bit more in depth as far as cycle tracking. I haven't tracked any meals. You can log your meals, see what's healthy, what's balanced. I don't really have a hard time with that. So I doubt I'll use that feature. I haven't taken a walk yet. I'm really interested as far as steps go, how accurate it is. But as far as my workout, it's super accurate. It's crazy that it can tell when I'm doing a high intensity or core workout versus walking. I think that's so interesting. And it's not something that I go in and start the workout. I just do my normal activity and the app actually confirms with you that you did this, which to me is super cool. I love the Oura ring interface. When I look at the rest, it's super advanced, very easy to follow and it's broken down where you can actually click the descriptions and learn more about your body. I don't find myself becoming hyper-fixated about it. Of course, when I get up, I check my sleep to see if I got enough rest. Am I feeling rested? That sort of thing. My activity, but as I'm going about my day, I don't really become hyper-fixated on it. I'm not like that. So I don't think a lot of people are going to be super fixated on it. I'm not. I love it so far. I've been enjoying it and I love the way it looks with the rest of my jewelry and just every day. I'm being quite careful. I'm not really worried about it getting scratched, but I'm just being cautious of it touching certain things like when I'm doing weights and things like that. But there's my update for my Oura ring. And I do think it's a good investment if you're into tracking your health. So that's all I have to say. Bye.
