you know I've officially retired my Apple Watch after 8 or 9 years of service. The shackles no longer on me. I'm not wearing it to formal events. I'm not wearing it in professional settings. I've gone to a regular watch because we're adults now. I'm really happy that I got rid of it because I went through a phase, actually several phases where I was a little bit obsessed with tracking myself and I tracked myself far too much. Now I just try to focus on how I feel and how I'm doing. But I do like to track my steps. So I got this knock-off Oura ring from right here on TikTok shop. The problem is that I usually shoot videos with my front camera and my aunt actually reached out to me recently and said that it looks like a wedding band, which it actually kind of does. So I ordered a new ring for my pointer finger. The accuracy of the ring, I found it to be very accurate. I have walked on the treadmill and watched live from the app to see my step counter and it's actually counting my steps and tracking my sleep isn't that important to me. I wake up and I know whether I'm tired or how I've been or had a good night's sleep or a bad night's sleep. I trust myself to just feel that based on my human body. But I do like all the different things that it can track. It comes in a box that looks like this. Has this charging case that kind of resembles an AirPods case. This is size nine. The one currently on my ring finger is a size seven. I had ordered a size eight and it was too tight for my pointer finger. So this is now my third ring, hopefully third time's the charm. So, truth, probably the most important perk, no subscription. Once you calibrate the ring using the app, you're able to see steps, heart rate, calories, sleep, you're able to track specific types of workouts. Totally worth it, especially if you're looking to graduate from an Apple Watch. And now my aunt won't be upset about me looking like I'm married. I almost forgot to say probably the most important perk, no subscription. Once you calibrate the ring using the app, you're able to see steps, heart rate, calories, sleep, you're able to track specific types of workouts.
