There are some Portland food spots I’ll try once and move on from, and then there are the ones I keep coming back to. Waffle Window is definitely one of those places. My order is always the strawberries and lemon curd waffle. The waffle is warm and crispy, the strawberries add the perfect sweetness, and the lemon curd makes the whole thing sweet and tart at the same time. I think about this waffle way more than I should.
