Your Portland BFF finally made it to Judah’s Delicatessen! I’ve been wanting to try this NY-style deli food cart because I kept hearing about their pastrami and corned beef sandwiches, and I’m so glad I finally went. I tried the regular pastrami sandwich AND the Rachel with pastrami, and the Rachel was definitely my favorite. The pastrami, coleslaw, melty cheese, and everything together was SO good. Another Portland spot officially crossed off my list.
