Portland has a brand-new food cart pod, and I already found a spot I need to go back to. The The Callback recently opened in the Hollywood District, and I went specifically to try Coastal Vibes after hearing about their fish & chips. I got the rockfish, which is one of my favorite kinds of fish, and it was SO good. The breading was perfectly crispy, the fish was delicious, and the people working at the cart were incredibly kind.
