CORPORATE BAD HABITS TO KICK THIS WEEK

Rapid fire corporate advice. 1. Stop sending AI slop docs that didn't need to exist in the first place. Stop creating documents and artifacts that don't need to be created with AI, packaging it up and sending it over to somebody else and asking them to do something with it. When it's full of AI slop that they can't really digest and it's too much information. Just stop. No document > AI slop document. Put it in an email, call them, explain it to them, do not create a document to create a document. It drives people freaking crazy. 2. Stop procrastinating responding to emails. Don't sit on an email for longer than you need to, okay? Like, I totally get it. Sometimes you just don't feel like you can respond. You don't know exactly what to say. It is always better to respond sooner than respond perfect three days later, okay? Just respond and stop sitting on it. 3. Stop showing up three minutes late to every call. Quit showing up late to calls. Okay? I know that sometimes you don't want to be the first person on the call and it feels better if there's like one or two people in the waiting room before you join. But just join on time. You got this diva.
