The new Supreme collab isn’t for you❌ And that’s ok, it’s not for me either. -Supreme’s been catching a lot of heat for their retail prices on their upcoming collaboration with the Japanese brand A. Presse., specifically regarding pricing. All the complaints I’ve heard voiced mention how they love the aesthetic of the items, but aren’t on board with the pricing. But here’s why the pricing makes sense. -These items aren’t meant for the average Supreme buyer buying a $48 skate shirt. It’s a collaboration with a brand that focuses almost entirely on quality construction and craftsmanship. The items take a lot of time, money, & careful processes (aka more money) to create. That’s why the hoodies are $748 and the jackets are $3500. I wouldn’t personally spend it either, but it makes sense. If you disagree, I want to hear about it.
