and no one tell you this good things for you so I will be tell you this grown adult and not knowing how to wash your ass it's okay and more common than you think it is now I'm not saying once you realize you really don't know how to wash your ass knowing that how to and continuing to just not that's what the problem is but to end up adult and realizing that like damn I don't really think I was taught everything I need when it comes to hygiene give yourself some grace okay grace if you need to learn this little corner is a safe space just really realized that when it comes to hygiene a lot of us are only taught one routine and then we're old enough to do it on our own nobody ever like really checks us down with our friends and ask like girl you using how do you wash your ass or doing for body odor so you can't learn what you were never taught and if we're and having conversations about it I can't really fault you for but if you don't know and you know you've ever caught a whiff yourself and you're not about it that that is when we should start judging each other
