Patriarchy taught women that sons continue the bloodline while daughters are eventually handed over to another family. But daughters do not end lineages. We carry the maternal genetic line forward. A bloodline is deeper than a man’s last name. It lives through the patterns we inherit, the wisdom we preserve and the cycles we refuse to pass down. Women are not visitors in their lineage.
