The Dead Mall Series has officially left Massachusetts. Today we're crossing state lines and heading into Connecticut to check out Westfarms Mall. From the outside, this place is massive. Multiple entrances, huge anchor stores, acres of parking — and from out here, it definitely doesn't look like your typical struggling mall. But we've learned something doing this series… You can't judge a mall by the outside. So the real question is: What are we going to find when we walk through those doors? Is Westfarms Mall going to be another empty shell of a shopping center, or is it going to be something we weren't expecting? I'm not giving that away yet.
