Transcript

Instead of meal prepping how I normally do, which is making three separate meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and portioning everything out. But this time I want to prep all of my ingredients separately. So I can mix and match my meals throughout the week. For proteins, I'm prepping grass-fed ground beef and wild caught salmon. For veggies, I'm prepping green beans with peppers and onions. And lastly for carbs, I prep bite-sized potatoes. And I also have some extra items like lettuce and low carb wraps for a variety. This way I can make my meals more flexible within the ingredients I prep. So I won't have to eat the same thing every single day. And I definitely feel like this makes meal prepping a little less boring.

This weeks meal prep we're focusing on increasing our fiber #weeklymealprep 🌽🥩
