so how did I fix her hair? I colored it 6 f*kin times before I remembered I should probably make my formula more alkaline. by changing the formula, I was able to shift her cuticle open, neutralize, and deposit the correct level rather the color just keep depositing. It was an honest mistake, and I'm glad I was able to fix it. you can see more of my mistakes and how to fix them on @straightoutofcosmo.
