The new Sourdough Home Plus is here!! #ad Click the link in my profile and it's right at the top. The best part of the new Plus model is that built-in window and interior light – it makes it easy to watch my starter rise and check in on it without opening the door and disrupting the interior temp. And the WiFi + Bluetooth connectivity allows me to adjust my starter's temperature from anywhere. Love it. Thanks again to @brodandtaylorfor sponsoring this post and always coming out with the best sourdough tools in the game. #sourdoughhomeplus #brodandtaylor #sourdoughstarter #sourdoughstartertools

Product placement

(a) Sourdough Home Plus: It ACTS; the creator unboxes it, operates its temperature controls, places her starter inside, and demonstrates its window and app connectivity. Removing it would change the entire video. (b) Nutrimill: It merely APPEARS as a logo on the creator's sweatshirt. Removing it would not change the video.

I do not want to feed my starter right now. I'll just put it in the fridge. But if I stick it in the fridge, it's going to get sluggish and then I'll have to do an extra feed just to perkit back up. But if I feed it now, it'll peak at a weird time and then I'll have to feed it again. Enter the Sourdough Home Plus. No matter the season or what mood I'm in, this keeps my starter at exactly the temperature I need. So if I'm prepping to bake, I set it to around 80 degrees Fahrenheit so my starter peaks fast. And for my weekend bakers, you can drop it to 45 and you don't need to feed it again for about five days. This flexibility is why many of us are obsessed with this powerhouse appliance. And with the new Plus version, there's even more to love. A window, so we can peek inside. Smartphone temperature control, a dishwasher safe tray, and non-slip feet for extra stability. Big thank you to Brod and Taylor for sponsoring this video and supporting my work. Check the description below for how to get your hands on the brand new Sourdough Home Plus. Happy baking.
