Here's the entire roadmap to learn AI, in one video. Everything I know, in the order that actually works. Seven stops — and at every one: what you learn, how long it takes, and what you can BUILD the day you finish it. 1 — FOUNDATIONS (one focused day). What this technology actually is, and the difference between a chat, an automation, and an agent. Basic, and it's what makes everything after it click instead of feeling like magic. 2 — CONTEXT. Your world written into plain files: what your business does, what you sell, and the questions customers ask. One for how I write, one for a normal week. Your second brain. It depends on the provider. Deep clean: $180. 3 — MAP IT FIRST. Give this a week. Before you automate anything, you draw your business the way it truly runs. What starts a job, what happens next, where it ends. Your business has a shape, and most owners have never seen it drawn. You can't hand off what you can't see. The map tells you what job to automate first. 4 — AUTOMATIONS. Your first one takes an afternoon. You work on a visual canvas, dragging blocks and connecting them in order. The first block is the trigger. Something happens. A form gets filled, an invoice lands, somebody books. The block after it is a step you'd have done by hand. Save this here. Send that. Wait two days. Check reply. Yes, follow up. No, nudge again. You connect your real tools by logging in once. You build a flow that permanently takes over something you currently do by hand every week. 5 — AI INSIDE. A few days on top of stop four. Now you drop intelligence into a block. The flow handles the step that used to need a person. It classifies it. This one's a refund. It picks which path the thing goes down. And writes the reply in your voice on the way out. What you build is a system that makes the call, then acts on it. 6 — AGENTS. A couple of weeks to get comfortable. An agent is AI with a goal in a loop. It plans, does something, checks its own result, fixes what went wrong, and goes again until the job is finished. Most people reach for the most complicated option first, instead of wasting a month. You build something that finishes whole jobs while you're doing something else. 7 — AI EMPLOYEES. The command center. This is where the first six stops pay off at once. An employee is an agent that stays. It carries skill, your exact procedure for a job, written one time and followed the same way forever. It works inside your real accounts. It stays behind guardrails so anything touching money or your yes/no decisions is safe. And you run all of them from one board that shows you what's done, what's running, and what's waiting on you. What you build here is a workforce. And running alongside all of it: building your own tools. You describe the thing you wish existed: an internal calculator, a booking page, a dashboard. It gets built with you. Your ideas turn into products. Two to three months of focused learning in this stuff is genuinely running parts of your work. Every stop is a course inside the community. Seven of them in order on the platform I run my own AI employees on. $57 a month. Go to askglitch.com/curriculum. Read the lessons, then decide.
