After 2 years in AI, here's EXACTLY what I'd do if I was starting from ZERO today.

If I was starting completely from scratch again, I would start by identifying what industry are you even in. This may sound generic, but trust me, there is a process here. What industry are you in, whether it's sales, marketing, HR, just write that down. Okay? Number one, the first thing is you've got to identify what industry are you even in. This may sound generic, but trust me, there is a process here. What industry are you in, whether it's sales, marketing, HR, just write that down. Okay? Second thing, I want you to identify all of the different tasks and activities you do day-to-day when it comes to your particular role. Whether you're in marketing and you're coming up with new ad campaigns, doing market research, or you're in sales and you've got a lot of lead generation going on. Just write down each and every single activity that you've written down. Okay? Third thing, I want you for each and every single activity that you've written down, okay? I want you to write down all of the different tools and the process of getting that activity done. So for example, you're in marketing and you're doing market research. What is the actual process and what tools do you use? So maybe you can write down a list of all potential competitors. I go ahead and look at their advertisements, their landing pages, their website, and try and get components from there. Or maybe I scan social media and look at the trends and what people are saying, right? Something like that. So for each and every single task, write down the actual process. Number four, take everything you've got, okay? And put it into Claude and say, Hey Claude, this is who I am. This is what I do. And this is how to do exactly what I do, basically. Just take all that information, put it into Claude and ask it, Here is what I do every day, here are my tasks, and here are the tools I use. What are the different ways I could automate these tasks, move faster, and take advantage of better tools and APIs to make my life easier? Okay? So Claude is going to give you a list of things you can use to actually make your day-to-day life more systematic. Okay? So what I want you to do, take those, go into Claude code and start building those out. Okay? So what you're doing here, you're helping yourself. You always have to help yourself first. Okay? Cool. That was the fifth thing. Now, once you've helped yourself, go ahead and identify everyone else in your current position and help them too. 10, 15 people, friends and family. Okay? After you've done that, think about this. If you can help 10 to 15 people, what's stopping you from helping 1000 people? 10,000 people, 100,000 people? Okay? So go back to Claude code and say, I've built a system that automates [YOUR TASK] for people in [YOUR ROLE]. How could I package this into a product? Whether that's an ebook, a course, a service I offer, or an actual tool I install for people and charge for. Okay? How could I then go ahead and scale those systems and distribute them out to the mass market? And this is where you start monetizing from those original ideas that you implement to just help yourself. Okay? And now, if you think about it, you are operating in an industry where you know about it. This is your skill. This is your thing. You've added AI to it. So you've amplified your skills and now you're able to monetize from those skills and implement them for other people in your exact position. Okay? That's exactly what I'd do if I was starting from scratch. Starting from zero. Try not to get distracted by all these updates, all these crazy developments, just, you know, kind of stick to one thing, build on it, become very good at it, then execute and sell. Okay?
