Why it worked

The video likely resonated due to its relatable humor about fast-food experiences and the creator's exaggerated reaction to the perceived disparity in service between Taco Bell and McDonald's regarding sauce packets.

Summary

The creator humorously contrasts Taco Bell's generous sauce packet policy with McDonald's' stingy pricing for sauces. They highlight Taco Bell's superior service by showing the abundance of sauce packets received, implying McDonald's should learn from them.
