Share this with your fit moms and dads 🏋🏼 It’s not easy to workout with kids. Whether you’re bringing them to the gym, working out at home, or trying to find a gym that offers childcare — finding time to prioritize your health is tricky. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. But you owe it to yourself and your kids to find a way. 🏆 Behind the camera, you don’t see the work that goes into making it seem effortless. There’s a lot of taking turns, changing workouts, educating toddlers, and cleaning up messes. But this setup is the one we’ve chosen to make work for our family, because it prioritizes family time. It allows us to set an example to our children. And we’ve designed our gym in a way that the kids have their spaces and their toys. ❤️ If you’re struggling to find a way to get back in shape and you need help, let me know in the comments. Or shoot me a DM. I’d love to help. Whether it’s helping you find a gym or trainer nearby. Or building you a program you can do yourself. 💪🏼 For those that workout with kids, what have you found that works? We’ve loved our baby swing, but I also love the way I’ve seen people hang swings from the pull-ups bars!
