This is completely average for a 1 year old, right? What’s not amazing to me is how we’ve never once pushed him to learn a new skill. Help him develop, direct, and hone it? Sure. But we never pressured him to jump. To squat. To lift. To ski. He learned by watching us. Which says a lot about 2 things. 1️⃣ Just how well children pay attention 2️⃣ How much your behavior matters Children will learn everything you let them. There’s no use in telling him not to jump or not to lift. So we teach him “how” to direct this energy effectively. In ways that are fun, challenging, and safe within reason. 💪🏼 What fun jumping games do you play with your children?
