Why it worked

The video likely worked due to its provocative and humorous take on a common stereotype, using a catchy, albeit crude, euphemism. This creates a strong, shareable hook that resonates with viewers who enjoy edgy or controversial humor.

Summary

The creator humorously suggests that if a woman wants to become a nurse, it's a sign she might be unfaithful, using the phrase "fries in the bag" as a euphemism. He contrasts this with his doctor friends, who apparently hear many cheating stories weekly.
