No matter where you go in China (small or big city), it seems that the satnav is able to connect with the traffic lights and give you ridiculously accurate views of how long your green light will stay green, and how long your red light will stay red. The satnavs can also forecast if you will hit green or red lights in the future if you keep at the current speed. I find that bloody fascinating!! I have no idea how it works, but this level of convenience and accuracy blows away anything I’ve seen elsewhere.
