Do you follow recipes exactly or always make them your own? Tried the viral chicken au poivre and it did NOT disappoint 🤤 Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic + onion powder and bake at 375°F for 15 min. While that's going, make the sauce: heavy cream, shallots, fresh cracked peppercorn, sherry wine or apple cider vinegar, garlic + rosemary. Pour it over the chicken, toss broccoli in the same pan, then bake at 400°F until the chicken is done. As your registered dietitian friend I had to sneak the broccoli in there 🥦 the sauce is rich, so the veggies help balance out the plate. 10/10 will make again! #chickenaupoivre #dietitianapproved #easydinnerideas #viralrecipes

I added rosemary to the tea. And this turned out amazing. I will definitely be adding this to my menu and even holiday specials because it's so creamy and warm. Now, if you're like me, who gets bored real quick when it comes to food, trying viral recipes is a great way to keep a healthy balance. Just make sure you add some fiber, protein, and vegetables. Did you try this viral chicken au poivre?
