I ALMOST BABYSAT FOR CH!LD PR€DAT0RS (then, I found their criminal charges) story time on how i almost spent the night at a child predator's house so this is back in 2022 i had just turned 17 i was also i was also lifeguarding at the pool that i grew up it it was just a small neighborhood pool where everybody knows just the super laid back casual vibe there was this one family they had two younger boys the mom was cute young I think the police report said she was like 36 and her husband was 57 they came into the pool one day and the mom asked me if which as i mentioned i was doing a lot of babysitting so i was like perfect like i can add another family to the list so i gave her my number so that we could text about babysitting and arrange actually have all of the text pulled up here my laptop so the first text i get from her is july 4th 2022 nine thirty four pm she hey i just wanted to check in with you to see what you charge and if there's a certain time you need to be home or anything cuz we usually stay out kind of late and also if you have your own car lol i remember you from the pool so at least i kind of know you and i'd rather just stick to one babysitter lol so i told her what i charge i told her i had my own car and i was pretty much good to stay until whenever i didn't hear anything back until three weeks july 25th 2022 and again at nine o five pm hey are you available to babysit on Saturday? and i said yes i am so she goes awesome i don't know if you do this lol but could you stay overnight? And what would you charge for that? We have like a whole separate basement you can stay in with a bathroom and it leads right upstairs to the kitchen lol lol i remember being so i was like oh my gosh that is such easy money especially if the kids are just going to be sleeping but i told my mom about it and she was like i don't know sydney that just doesn't make me feel comfortable i have a weird feeling especially cause you've never babysat for them before i was like mom please like it'll be completely fine they live right down the road i see them at the pool all the time they're so nice but but you know what they say mamas know best i really hate to do this but i'm gonna have to make a part two because i'm like only halfway through the story
