I recently bought myself a Breville and went to Trader Joe's and got all the syrups and sauces they had to offer for the fall season, so I could make some new lattes. So let me show you some of my favorite recipes. First, I'm going to show you how I make the latte with the apple pie spread. It's actually pretty easy. Highly recommend getting these weck jars if you make like shaken espressos regularly. I am going to start with one scoop. Then we're going to use the bourbon vanilla bean paste. Take a tablespoon of brown sugar. I keep it in a ziplock bag because that keeps it the freshest and keeps it from like hardening up. Then we're going to take our two shots of espresso. Then we have a frother. It's just going to mix everything together. I make my own little pellet ice. I do quite a bit of ice. Now we're going to shake it up. A little bit of vanilla. 2% milk. Half and half or your heavy cream or whatever it's called. I don't I mix it up. I don't really know. I feel like Rachel Ray. Little bit of that. Little bit of that. It looks so good, dude. And that is latte number one. Maple butter latte. This is my personal favorite. We're going to do about that much. And here we have our two shots. I went ahead and put the spoonful in there so it can start melting. Tablespoon of brown sugar. I don't know how much you would say. I literally just do like an equivalent of like maybe a pinch of sea salt. Froth it. Shake it up. Oat milk. Maybe we'll do like a pumpkin foam this time. So we're going to take our pumpkin syrup with our half and half and 2%. Pour it on top. Perfect. Next, we're going to do the pumpkin spice caramel sauce latte. We're going to do a scoop. We're going to let it sit in there and kind of melt. Little bit of vanilla in this one. Froth it. Shake it up. I'm not going to do foam in this one. Pumpkin sauce around the edges. Cinnamon on top. And that. Oh yeah. We've got everything lined up. I've got my judge over here. I've got my judge over here. They can probably hear you swallow. 7.9. I'd probably rate that one an eight. Only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the apple pie spread has like chunks in it. So occasionally you will get a chunk of apple pie spread. Maple butter latte. Color is spectacular. 8.3. This tastes like the cow got into an onion patch. 8.3. Yeah, I like that one. Oh wow. I love this one. I know I love this one. I made this one for myself this morning. This one, 10 out of 10 for me. If I went to a coffee shop and got this, I would be back multiple multiple times, okay? This one is fantastic. Last but not least, pumpkin spice caramel sauce latte. If you don't like it. Just say that. Because there's no cold foam so it's not as thick. It's not like creamy. I think it's pretty good. I wouldn't say it's my favorite coffee flavor.
