Why it worked

The creator's relatable frustration with a minor service error and the subsequent decision-making process about whether to complain created engagement. The humor in the situation and the eventual positive review of the drink also contributed to its watchability.

Summary

The creator ordered a pumpkin spice latte with cold foam but did not receive the cold foam. After being told she would have to be re-rung for the cold foam, she was refunded and re-rung, paying an extra $2. She then tried the drink and found it to be good, but still noted the absence of cold foam.

Structure

1Orders coffee with cold foam
2Realizes cold foam is missing
3Asks for cold foam to be added
4Is told she must be re-rung
5Drink is re-rung with cold foam for an extra charge
6Tries the drink and finds it good, but still no visible cold foam

Basically what happened is I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and then I realized that I didn't get cold foam on it and I asked if they could just add cold foam to it but she was like no we have to re-ring you up. So she refunded my last purchase and then re-rung me up with the cold foam which was an extra like $2. Anyway, it still looks really fire. So let's try it out. Let's try our roof. It's time. Let's try it out. Oh my god. That is really good. I just don't see any cold foam on this. On the receipt it definitely does say cold foam which was an extra like $2. But I don't see any cold foam on this. I do love the shape of the ice and they do listen to extra ice which is awesome. But I don't know what to do. Do I go back and and I don't know what to do.
