Olivia Rodrigo kicked off her Unraveled Tour last night, and I have many thoughts. Olivia is obviously one of the biggest pop stars in the world, but seeing opening night of the Unraveled Tour made me question whether “pop star” even describes the kind of live artist she’s becoming. No backup dancers, almost no traditional choreography, huge live arrangements, guitars, and some incredible production moments during “cigarette smoke” and “the cure.” I loved the show, but what interested me most was what it says about where Olivia Rodrigo seems to be heading next as an artist. #OliviaRodrigo #UnraveledTour #musicreview #livemusic #PopMusic
