Neil Druckmann has confirmed two new The Last of Us projects are in active development at Naughty Dog, and both will expand the franchise's canon beyond the events of Part I and Part II. Druckmann was careful with the details, saying that: "We wouldn’t return to [this world] unless we had something meaningful to say. We believe these stories are worth telling" No platforms, release windows, or further story details have been shared.
