Bundt Cake Steam Hack! When your cake comes out the oven immediately wrap the hot Bundt pan in foil. This will trap steam to help the cake release more easily. Let the foil wrapped pan sit undisturbed for 15-20 minutes then unwrap and invert the cake Notes: protect your hands!! Place a kitchen towel over the foil to safely press and wrap the foil around the hot cake pan. ALWAYS GREASE YOUR BUNDT PAN!!
