Let's make a steak flight. The first one is going to be garlic parmesan steak frites with crispy fries, truffle garlic parmesan sauce, extra parmesan and chives. The second one is going to be a chimichurri surf and turf with garlic butter lobster tail and some chimichurri. Already I'm so excited. Now let's switch it up a little with another combo that I love. Buldak ramen steak. A jammy ramen egg, spring onions and the seaweed sesame flakes. Perfect. We are now going super comforting with cheesy dauphinoise potatoes, peppercorn sauce which I'm sure we can all agree is the best steak sauce, yum, yum, and chives too. For the last one we're doing Philly cheesesteak with caramelized onions, green peppers and a ton of melted American cheese. Looks good. And a little brush of garlic butter. Absolutely delicious. It's been two years since I posted my initial steak flight which is mad, so this was a little long overdue. I'm going to do the taste test in part two so if you want to see that I'll see you there.
