Transcript

This feta and tomato checkerboard is one of my favourite easy dishes for hosting. I picked up my shopping from Lidl for a tomato themed dinner party, including this Milbona Greek feta cheese. Lidl has the perfect bits for hosting as all of the ingredients are good quality whilst being inexpensive, so I made a really good summer hosting spread. The checkerboard is perfect for any theme. I've used olives instead of tomatoes for a Greek dinner before, but here I topped it with a honey balsamic dressing, some basil, and that's it. Make sure you grab your ingredients from Lidl so that you can recreate it too.
