If you’ve been telling yourself, “I’m starting October 1st” but still don’t know what to do at the gym… save this. 🤍 You do not need to train 5–6 days a week to make progress. A simple 3-day routine can be more than enough when you’re consistent and gradually get stronger. This beginner-friendly split keeps things simple: Monday — Glutes + hamstrings 🍑 Hip thrusts, goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, hamstring curls and hip abductions. Wednesday — Upper body 💪 Lat pulldowns, cable rows, chest press, shoulder press, bicep curls and tricep pushdowns. Friday — Full body ✨ Leg press, Romanian deadlifts, chest press, lat pulldowns, glute bridges and planks. Start with weights you can control with good form, focus on learning the movements, and don’t feel pressured to lift heavy immediately. When the same weight starts feeling easier, slowly increase the reps or resistance. That’s where progress comes from. And on the days between workouts? Walk, stretch, recover, eat enough protein, sleep well and give your body time to adapt. Consistency will take you much further than trying to be perfect for one week and burning out. 📲 Workit App can help you build a personalized workout plan around your schedule, fitness level and goals — plus keep your training, nutrition and progress organized in one place. Save this for October 1st and send it to someone who’s starting with you. 🫶 #GymBeginner #WorkoutPlan #FitnessJourney #GymGirls #WorkitApp
